| Minimum Requirements | |
| Education: | High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required. Horticulture Degree Desired |
| Licenses/Certifications: | CLT, Wi Applicators, and CPPC a plus |
| Drivers License: | CDL Required |
| Age: | 18 or older Required |
| Experience/Qualifications: | Must have over 5 years experience in the landscape industry. Foreman experience is required for this position (2 years).. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Ability to read landscape blueprints, knowledge in the installation of both hard and soft landscapes. |
| Duties/Responsibilities of Job: | Must be able to operate skid loaders and other light duty equipment. Will be expected to lead and motivate crew members and to communicate with the clients. Work will include paver, retaining wall, nursery stock, stone work, water feature and lawn installations. |
